When a driver finds a machine out of order, they can take a picture and upload it into Gimme Field with the description of the problem. These are automatically saved in Gimme VMS. From VMS, you can assign a technician to a machine to be serviced.
After creating a service call in Field, you can label the call as high priority and assign a technician to tend to the machine. Going into the details of the service call, you can view the machine's service history - when and why it was last serviced and who fixed it.
By clicking on the placement history in the top right corner, you can learn about where your equipment has previously been located.
